My husband and I are planning to move to DC in August. We are currently looking for a 1 bedroom + den or 2 bedroom apartment near the Metro in NW DC or Arlington. We know there are a lot of big buildings out there that fit that description, but we would like to rent from an individual or help someone out by taking over their lease if possible (it's usually a win-win).
